My cakes are intricate and take time to make. I can promise you they taste and look as good on the inside as they do on the outside. Because I am a micro business, I am making sculpted cakes for intimate weddings and parties only, with cakes up to 100 guest servings.
A wedding planner is required for all wedding cakes. This helps us all keep order in the detailed wedding planning process.

SCULPTED WEDDING CAKES
Each sugar flower and detail is carefully handmade to compliment the intricate fondant design that’s created.
Cake design pricing is based on the complexity of the design. Pricing below is for a cake covered in chocolate and then fondant for stability and a beautiful blank canvas . There is an up-charge for sculpting, piping and sugar flowers.

Two Tier Base Price (serves 30) | $700

SIDE CAKES
Small $266 | SERVES 38 (recommended for parties and small weddings)
Large $700 | SERVES 100 (recommended for large weddings)
DESIGN
Using bas relief, sculpting, painting, sugar flowers, piping and crepe flowers, I will work closely with you to design the perfect cake.
Cakes come with a glass heirloom cake stand from a century old company, Mosser Glass, based in Cambridge, Ohio.
INGREDIENTS
Scarlett has studied French pastry for over 15 years and has perfected her recipes. Following the French theory of baking, Scarlett’s cakes are not-too-sweet, yet incredibly decadent.
Cakes are made with fresh ingredients and alternative flours like sweet rice, tapioca, teff, potato and sorghum flours that taste just like wheat based cakes but are safe for Celiac Disease.
*DAIRY FREE CAKES AVAILABLE made with coconut or sunflower oil for the sponge and toasted or untoasted Italian Meringue in place of buttercream.
All cake fillings, buttercreams and ganaches are made in-house, using organic and farmers market ingredients whenever possible. Each cake is filled with cremeux, ganaches, fruit coulis, salted caramel, French buttercream, American buttercream or fruit curds and finished with Italian buttercream. The outside finish is chocolate and/or fondant for a clean palate to work upon.
